Company names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their owners. They're there to show my work history, not to imply endorsements.

The same applies to product and platform names and logos: Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Cursor, and others. They're used to describe my professional proficiency. I'm not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. At least not yet.

This site links out to client work, other people's writing, and tools I don't run, and some pages embed content from Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, and Luma. Once you're there, their terms and privacy policies apply, not mine.

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or anything on it, including the tools and skills.

Paid work

For paid consultations, booking and payment run through cal.com under their terms. I don't handle or store your card details.

Paid calls aren't refundable once the call has taken place, and no-shows aren't refunded. If you miss one, get in touch and I can usually reschedule.

Projects, retainers, and ongoing work run on a separate written agreement covering scope, payment, and rights.
